This is the final stage of the Ucanly Business Analytics track, where business partners become analytics leaders. Built for practitioners with hands on experience owning analysis, models, and recommendations with real business consequences, this program goes deep into analytics strategy, deciding what not to analyze, and building a governed semantic layer so an organisation trusts a single source of truth for its metrics. You will apply causal inference at depth, including difference in differences and synthetic control, build optimization and prescriptive models, and understand financial leadership including NPV, IRR, and building business cases that win capital. In your week six minor project, you will build a governed analytics foundation with a semantic layer, data quality controls, and an executive decision system, defended to a leadership panel. You will also architect AI analytics platforms with governed text to SQL, multi agent investigation, and numerical accuracy guardrails, and build skills in leading an analytics team. You will graduate having led a board ready analytics transformation in your week twelve major project, with a causal business case, an optimization model, a financial and capital argument, an AI analytics platform design, an org plan, and a live board level defense.
