Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Ucanly AI platform ("Platform"), including all associated products and services offered at ucanly.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ucanly AI ("Ucanly", "we", "us", or "our").

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to form a binding contract under applicable law
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration

You must create an account to access most Platform features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and not sharing them with others
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not
• Notifying us immediately at support@ucanly.in if you suspect any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful personal or professional learning and career development purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access, extract, or index Platform data
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication systems, or payment gates
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or harmful
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform to promote or solicit third-party commercial services without our consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

Course access is determined by your active billing plan and enrollment status:

• Audit courses are free and accessible to all registered users
• Paid courses require an active paid plan (Self-Guided, Instructor Led, or Career Advancement). A plan purchase grants access to one selected course plus platform AI features
• If you wish to enroll in additional paid courses after your initial plan purchase, the full individual course price listed on the course page applies
• Access to course materials is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or sublicence your access
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content with reasonable notice

All purchases on the Platform are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law
• Access is granted only after successful payment verification. A failed or pending payment does not grant access

All content on the Platform — including course materials, lesson videos, AI-generated outputs, roadmaps, branding, design, and software — is the exclusive property of Ucanly AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your account, resume uploads, and user-generated content remain your property. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and use such content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.

You may not use the Ucanly name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary improvements as a result of using the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ucanly AI, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@ucanly.in. Upon termination, your access to paid content may be revoked. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are accessing the Platform from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
