Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Ucanly for Education platform ("Platform"), including all associated products and services offered at ucanly.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ucanly for Education ("Ucanly", "we", "us", or "our").

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to form a binding contract under applicable law
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

You must create an account to access most Platform features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and not sharing them with others
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorised by you or not
• Notifying us immediately at support@ucanly.in if you suspect any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms.

You may use the Platform solely for lawful personal or professional learning and career development purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access, extract, or index Platform data
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication systems, or payment gates
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or harmful
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Platform to promote or solicit third party commercial services without our consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

Every payment is made once. Nothing renews or is charged again.

• Free: the aptitude test, one resume analysis, course previews and audit courses, for every registered user.
• Career Toolkit: The Career Toolkit is ₹499 for 90 days of every AI tool, paid once. Nothing renews or is charged again.
• Courses sold on their own: where a course page offers it, one payment opens that course, and it stays available while your account is active.
• Programmes: you apply for free and may be asked to take an aptitude test. If you are selected, your offer states the fee. You pay it in full or, where a seat deposit is offered, pay the deposit to hold your seat and the balance by the date in your offer. Card EMI is available through Razorpay where your bank supports it.
• Colleges and companies: campus drives, partnerships and training are sold against a written quote.
• Earlier plans: If you bought an earlier plan, it keeps everything it included.
• Access to course materials is personal and cannot be transferred. You may not share, resell or sublicense your access.
• We may update or change course content with reasonable notice.

All purchases on the Platform are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Prices for students are inclusive of GST. Quotes for colleges and companies show GST separately where it applies.
• Access is granted only after successful payment verification. A failed or pending payment does not grant access
• Refunds: a full refund within 7 days for the Career Toolkit and for courses, and for a programme fee until the end of the first week. The details, including the seat deposit, are in our Refund Policy.

All content on the Platform, including course materials, lesson videos, AI generated outputs, roadmaps, branding, design, and software, is the exclusive property of Ucanly for Education or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your account, resume uploads, and the content you create remain your property. By uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty free licence, which is not exclusive, to store, display, and use such content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.

You may not use the Ucanly name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, or accuracy. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary improvements as a result of using the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ucanly for Education, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@ucanly.in. Upon termination, your access to paid content may be revoked. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you are accessing the Platform from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
