How Ucanly AI uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, personalise, and improve the platform experience.
Ucanly AI uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and session storage) to operate the Platform, remember your session and preferences, measure performance, and personalise your experience. We do not use cookies to track your activity across unrelated third-party websites.
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to your actions — such as logging in, enrolling in a course, or completing a payment — and do not store any personally identifiable information beyond what is required to maintain your session.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| auth-token | Maintains your authenticated session | Session / 7 days |
| csrf-token | Prevents cross-site request forgery attacks | Session |
| onboarding-state | Remembers which onboarding step you completed | 30 days |
These cookies allow the Platform to remember choices you make (such as your preferred language or last visited course) and provide enhanced, more personalised features. Disabling them may affect convenience features but will not prevent core access to the Platform.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| ui-preferences | Stores your display and notification preferences | 1 year |
| last-course | Remembers the last course you were viewing | 30 days |
We use analytics to understand how users interact with the Platform — which features are used most, where users drop off, and how we can improve. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
| Provider | Purpose | Opt-out |
|---|---|---|
| Internal analytics | Page views, feature usage, and engagement tracking | Browser settings |
When you make a payment, Razorpay's checkout widget loads on the page and may set its own cookies to support the payment flow. These cookies are governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy. We do not control the behaviour of third-party cookies.
In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage and session storage to cache non-sensitive data such as course listings, UI state, and transient navigation context. This data is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers independently. You can clear it at any time through your browser's developer tools or by clearing your browser data.
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Depending on your browser, you can:

By continuing to use the Platform after being presented with information about our cookie practices, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser and discontinuing use of the Platform.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology or regulatory requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
