This Refund Policy applies to all plan purchases, course enrollments, and other paid transactions made on the Ucanly AI platform ("Platform"). We encourage you to review this policy carefully before completing any purchase. By making a payment on the Platform, you agree to the terms described below.

This policy exists because our products are digital in nature. Upon purchase, course materials, AI tools, and platform features are immediately accessible — we are unable to "return" digital access once granted.
We understand that exceptional situations arise. Refunds may be considered at our discretion in the following circumstances:

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Actual credit timelines depend on your bank or card issuer and are outside our control.
We will notify you by email when your refund has been initiated.
Ucanly AI plans are one-time purchases (not auto-renewing subscriptions). There is no recurring billing to cancel. If you would like to close your account entirely, please contact us at support@ucanly.in. Account closure does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to reach out to us first — most issues can be resolved promptly without involving your financial institution.
