Yes. Create a free account and enroll in any Audit-tier course at no cost. You will get access to the learning interface, the community, and a limited preview of the AI Mentor. There is no credit card required for a free account.

Onboarding typically takes 5–10 minutes. You will be asked about your current background, career goals, and preferred learning pace. This data is used to generate your initial career roadmap and personalise your AI Mentor experience.

Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works on all modern mobile browsers. We recommend Chrome or Safari for the best experience. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for future release.

The platform interface and all course materials are currently available in English. We are working on expanding to regional Indian languages in a future update.

No. Ucanly is entirely browser-based. You do not need to install any software, plugins, or extensions. A stable internet connection and an up-to-date browser are all that is required.

Self-Guided includes recorded sessions, a hands-on project, a certificate, and basic AI Mentor, Roadmap, and Hire Readiness access. Instructor Led adds live sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and mentor guidance with advanced AI access. Career Advancement includes everything in Instructor Led plus placement assistance, mock interviews, priority mentor booking, and access to hiring partners.

Your plan purchase grants access to one selected course plus all platform AI features (AI Mentor, Career Roadmap, Resume Lab, Hire Readiness Score). If you want to enroll in an additional paid course, the full individual course price listed on that course's page applies.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time by contacting our team at support@ucanly.in or using the Book Slot option on the pricing page. Upgrade pricing is prorated based on what you have already paid.

Yes. We offer Institute Team plans for colleges, universities, and corporate training teams. Contact support@ucanly.in with your organisation size and requirements and our team will get back to you with a custom quote.

No. Ucanly plans are one-time purchases with no expiry. Your course access, AI Mentor history, roadmap, and certificates remain available as long as your account is active.

Payments are processed via Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, EMI, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).

A payment confirmation email is sent to your registered email address immediately after a successful payment. You can also view your order history and download receipts from the Billing Overview section in your dashboard (/app/billing/student/overview).

Email support@ucanly.in immediately with both Order IDs and your registered email address. Duplicate charges are fully refunded within 5–7 business days once verified. This does not require a formal refund request under our standard policy.

Yes. We can provide a GST-compliant invoice upon request. Email support@ucanly.in with your Order ID, registered GSTIN, and business name.

Yes. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Ucanly never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or banking credentials. The checkout widget is a secure Razorpay iframe.

EMI options are available through Razorpay's checkout flow for eligible credit cards and select banks. Select the EMI option during checkout to see available options and tenures.

Yes. All conversations are private and tied solely to your account. They are not shared with recruiters, other users, or human mentors unless you explicitly choose to share context.

The AI Mentor is optimised for career development, learning guidance, roadmap advice, interview preparation, skill-building, and resume feedback. General questions outside this domain may receive limited responses. For the best results, give the Mentor context about your current goal or challenge.

Yes. The AI Mentor has access to your conversation history within a session and can reference your profile and roadmap for long-term context. This continuity is what makes it significantly more useful than a standard chatbot.

Self-Guided includes basic AI Mentor access with core Q&A and roadmap support. Instructor Led includes standard access with more advanced guidance features. Career Advancement includes premium access with priority response and deeper career analysis capabilities.

Yes. The AI Mentor is available around the clock with no booking required. Human mentor sessions, however, are scheduled and subject to availability.

Yes. You can ask the AI Mentor to simulate interview questions for your target role, critique your answers, suggest improvement areas, and recommend preparation resources based on your current roadmap stage.

All recorded sessions are fully self-paced with no deadlines. Instructor Led and Career Advancement plans also include scheduled live classes and doubt-clearing sessions with human mentors.

Your roadmap is self-paced and does not expire. The AI Mentor will proactively highlight pending milestones and suggest next steps. Instructor Led and Career Advancement students can also reach out directly to their mentors for re-engagement support.

Yes. Course detail pages show a full curriculum preview including module titles, lesson lists, and instructor information. Some courses also include preview lessons accessible without enrollment.

Ucanly offers courses across technology, data science, product management, digital marketing, and career tracks for freshers entering the tech and business industry. All courses are designed to be outcome-oriented, not just knowledge-oriented.

Course duration varies by program. Each course detail page shows the estimated total hours. On average, students who follow the recommended roadmap pace complete their course within 4–12 weeks.

Yes. Our curriculum team adds new courses and updates existing ones regularly to reflect current industry requirements. Enrolled students are notified when major updates are made to their enrolled course.

Access to your enrolled course does not expire. Once enrolled, you can revisit all materials, lessons, and quizzes indefinitely. Re-enrollment as a separate action is not needed.

Yes. You can edit roadmap milestones, adjust your target role, and mark items complete or incomplete from within your Roadmap dashboard. The AI Mentor will adapt its recommendations based on any changes you make.

A milestone is a structured checkpoint on your career journey — for example, completing a specific course module, finishing a project, updating your resume, or practising a set of interview questions. Each milestone is tied to a measurable outcome.

We recommend reviewing your roadmap at least once a week. The AI Mentor will also proactively surface your next pending milestone during chat conversations to keep you on track.

Yes. As you complete lessons, quizzes, and milestones, your roadmap progress updates in real time. The Hire Readiness Score also recalculates automatically to reflect your updated completion status.

The AI analyses your resume for formatting quality, keyword coverage for your target role, skill gap detection, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility, and section completeness. You receive a structured report with specific recommendations.

After uploading your resume, you can submit it for a human mentor review from within the Resume Lab. Instructor Led and Career Advancement plan holders receive priority review queuing.

No. Resumes are private by default. You control visibility. You can opt in to share your profile with our recruiter network from your Profile Settings, and opt out at any time.

You can maintain multiple resume versions in the Resume Lab — for example, one tailored for product roles and another for tech roles. Each version can be analysed and reviewed independently.

We support PDF (.pdf) and Microsoft Word (.docx) formats. For the most accurate AI analysis, we recommend uploading a PDF with selectable text (not a scanned image).

Navigate to the Mentor section of your dashboard or use the Book Slot option on the pricing page. Career Advancement plan holders receive priority booking and dedicated mentor allocation.

Mentors are vetted industry professionals and subject-matter experts across technology, data, product management, and business domains. Each mentor profile shows their background, specialisation, and student reviews.

Instructor Led students are matched with a mentor based on their course and goals. Career Advancement students can browse mentor profiles and request a preferred mentor. Subject to availability.

Doubt-clearing sessions are focused 20–30 minute calls where you can ask specific questions about your course content, career decisions, roadmap, or job search strategy. They are not general lectures — bring your specific questions.

We are always looking for experienced professionals to join our mentor network. Email support@ucanly.in with your LinkedIn profile, domain expertise, and a brief note on why you'd like to mentor. Our team will reach out if there's a fit.

Each of the four dimensions contributes a weighted portion to your total score. Completing course modules, filling out your profile, uploading and improving your resume, and completing mock interview tasks all move the score upward. The AI Mentor highlights exactly which actions will have the highest impact.

Career Advancement students receive direct placement support including mock interviews, access to Ucanly's hiring partner network, recruiter profile visibility, and one-on-one guidance from mentors with hiring experience.

Ucanly students have been hired across startups, product companies, and service organisations in the technology and business sectors. We do not fabricate or guarantee specific employer names or placement rates. Our hiring partners are shared directly with Career Advancement students.

We do not offer a guaranteed placement. We provide the tools, mentorship, roadmap structure, and recruiter access to maximise your likelihood of getting hired. Outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and the specific role you are targeting.

Mock interviews on Ucanly are structured practice sessions that simulate real job interviews for your target role. They include domain-specific technical questions, HR questions, and feedback from mentors. Career Advancement students get scheduled mock interviews; other plan holders can access AI-simulated practice through the AI Mentor.

Go to your Profile Settings and enable recruiter visibility. You can control what information is shared — your resume, skills, roadmap progress, and Hire Readiness Score. You can toggle this on or off at any time.

Click 'Forgot password' on the Login page. Enter your registered email address and you will receive a password reset link. The link expires in 30 minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.

Navigate to Settings in your dashboard. You can update your name, bio, profile photo, phone number, and career goals from here. Email address changes require verification — a confirmation link will be sent to your new address.

Try the following in order: (1) Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R), (2) Clear your browser cache and cookies, (3) Try a different browser or incognito mode, (4) Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, email support@ucanly.in with a screenshot and your browser details.

Ucanly is fully supported on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported. For the best performance, we recommend Google Chrome.

Go to Settings → Notifications in your dashboard. You can control email notifications for course updates, mentor session reminders, roadmap nudges, and promotional communications independently.

Each person is permitted one account per email address. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions is prohibited under our Terms of Service and may result in all accounts being suspended.

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Ucanly never stores your card number, CVV, or banking credentials. We only retain payment confirmation metadata (order ID, plan code, status) for billing purposes.

Yes. Email support@ucanly.in to request account deletion. Your personal data will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations.

Only if you explicitly opt in. Recruiter visibility is disabled by default. When enabled, recruiters can see your public profile, skills, and Hire Readiness Score. Your private conversations, resume lab drafts, and billing history are never shared.

We use HTTPS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive fields, bcrypt hashing for passwords, rate limiting on all authentication endpoints, and role-based access controls throughout the platform.

We collect account information you provide (name, email, profile), learning activity (lessons completed, roadmap progress), usage analytics (pages visited, features used), and payment confirmation metadata. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. Ucanly operates in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We are monitoring the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and will update our practices accordingly as implementing rules are notified.

Recruiters can view the public profile of candidates who have opted in to recruiter visibility. This includes name, skills, courses completed, certificates, and their Hire Readiness Score. Contact details are shared only through the platform's secure application flow.

Register as a recruiter, complete your company profile, and navigate to the Jobs section of your dashboard. You can post jobs with detailed descriptions, required skills, and compensation ranges. Active students on the platform will be able to discover and apply.

Yes. Career Advancement hiring partner agreements include curated candidate shortlists based on Hire Readiness Score, course completion, and role-fit criteria. Contact support@ucanly.in for enterprise hiring enquiries.
