The answer was almost never ability. It was that nobody had shown them the steps between where they were and what the job actually needed. So we built those steps, and the data pipelines and assessment tooling underneath them.

Then clients started asking whether we could do the same for their systems. That question turned into a services business. Both halves still run on the same principle: say plainly where things stand, close the distance, then verify it worked.
