From researcher to behavioural science leader: advanced statistics, causal inference, organisational strategy, AI ethics, and a full strategy program.
8 modules · 48 lessons
Theory, evidence and scientific judgement, advanced quantitative methods, causal inference and advanced experimentation, behavioural strategy in organisations, behavioural public policy and social impact, a minor project producing a publication standard research package, human AI behaviour ethics and governance, and a major project leading a behavioural strategy program.
Psychology and Behavioural Science with Ucanly, Level 3 Advanced, takes you from researcher to behavioural science leader. This is an advanced educational program in psychology and applied behavioural science. It is not clinical training and it does not qualify anyone to diagnose, counsel, or treat any person. In India, clinical psychology practice requires RCI recognised qualification and registration, and counselling and therapy require appropriate professional training. Nothing in this course is mental health advice, and if you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to a qualified mental health professional. Built for practitioners who have completed the Intermediate level or have hands on experience running experimental or mixed methods behavioural research with real participants and real analysis, this program goes deep into theory building, systematic review and meta analysis, and advanced quantitative methods including multilevel and structural equation modelling. In your minor project in week six, you will produce a complete advanced quantitative research package on a real dataset, with a theoretically grounded model, multilevel or structural equation modelling, robustness checks, and a publication standard manuscript defended to a simulated peer review panel. You will then study causal inference, randomised controlled trials at scale, behavioural strategy inside organisations, behavioural public policy, and human AI behaviour, ethics, and governance. You will graduate having designed and defended a full behavioural strategy and research program in your week twelve major project, for a simulated organisation or policy body, with a diagnosis, a portfolio of tested interventions, a measurement and governance framework, an ethics position, and a live defense to Ucanly mentors acting as a leadership board.
Complete this course to earn a verified Ucanly certificate you can add to your profile, share on LinkedIn, and showcase to employers as proof of the skills you've built.

It is recommended, but hands on experience running experimental or mixed methods behavioural research with real participants and real analysis is sufficient to start.
