What you'll be doing

Design
develop
and deploy scalable software solutions across the full stack
Lead peer code reviews and enforce engineering best practices and coding standards
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers on the team
Participate in system design discussions

Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear
actionable technical designs

What we're looking for

5-8 years of hands-on full stack software development experience
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java
Python
Node.js
or .NET/C#)
Experience with a modern frontend framework (React
Angular
or similar)
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS
Azure
or GCP) and cloud-native architecture
Experience with REST API design and microservices architecture
Strong grasp of data structures
algorithms
and software design patterns
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Git
and DevOps tooling
Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading code reviews
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
