About the role

Ucanly is looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of innovative digital products. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build products that solve real customer problems while driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

Define and execute the product vision
strategy
and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Gather
analyze
and prioritize product requirements through customer research
market insights
and stakeholder feedback.
Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
user stories
and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering
UX/UI
marketing
sales
and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on customer value
business impact
and technical feasibility.
Lead Agile ceremonies
including sprint planning
backlog grooming
sprint reviews
and retrospectives.
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics
driving continuous product improvements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and shape product strategy.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
Ensure products meet quality
security
compliance
scalability
and customer satisfaction standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business
Computer Science
Engineering
or a related field (MBA preferred).
0–1 years of experience in Product Management
preferably in SaaS
EdTech
FinTech
or technology products.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
Experience creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
user stories
and managing product backlogs.
Strong analytical
problem-solving
and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication
stakeholder management
and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with product analytics
user research
and customer feedback analysis.
Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives and product priorities.
Knowledge of product lifecycle management
feature prioritization
and roadmap planning.
Self-motivated
adaptable
and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
