Ucanly is an AI powered career platform helping students and early professionals plan their career path with an AI mentor, personalized learning roadmaps, hire readiness scoring, curated courses, a jobs board, and freelance and consulting opportunities. We're a small, fast moving team based in Bengaluru building tools we wish we'd had when we started our own careers.

What you'll be doing

Define and prioritize product features based on user needs and business goals.
Gather and analyze customer feedback
market trends
and competitor insights.
Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
user stories
and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering
design
QA
and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
Monitor product performance using data and analytics to drive improvements.
Coordinate product launches and ensure successful feature rollouts.
Manage the product backlog and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Work closely with stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for product innovation
automation
and AI-driven enhancements.
Continuously optimize the user experience through testing
feedback
and iterative improvements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering
Computer Science
Business
or related fields preferred).
Strong interest in Product Management
technology
and digital products.
Ability to think strategically while paying attention to execution details.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user insights.
Basic knowledge of product metrics
user journeys
and customer experience.
Familiarity with AI tools
SaaS products
or emerging technologies is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
