What you'll be doing
- Run outbound sales to book students into accommodation
- Coordinate between property managers and students
- Build rapport with leads and keep the sales cycle moving
- Follow up over WhatsApp, email and CRM tools
- Meet booking and conversion targets
What we're looking for
- Graduate from any stream with at least 60% in academics
- Clear spoken and written English
- Objection handling and negotiation skills
- Good time management and planning
- Comfort with CRM or similar tools
