What you'll be doing
- Support consulting mandates such as best use studies and development feasibility
- Assist on government advisory and business consulting projects
- Run market surveys and stakeholder interactions, including travel
- Help understand client requirements and shape solutions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or master's in finance, economics, engineering, real estate, urban planning or architecture
- Strong analytical, research and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel and meet clients
- AutoCAD, SketchUp or Power BI is a plus
