What you'll be doing
- Test AI tools for IT operations such as log analysis and alert triage
- Help build AI assistants that search documentation and past incidents
- Support Linux and Windows servers, databases and Azure or AWS environments
- Automate routine tasks with scripting and infrastructure as code
- Assist with security hardening, patching and access control
What we're looking for
- Recent degree or diploma in IT, computer science, networking or cybersecurity
- Basic Linux or Windows administration and networking fundamentals
- Basic scripting in Python, PowerShell or Bash
- Practical use of AI tools in study or projects
- Good English communication
