- Run field surveys and speak with local brokers
- Build and maintain databases of real estate projects, developers and investors
- Research topics such as warehousing, retail and luxury housing
- Support valuation assignments with internal and external teams
- Deliver accurate work on time
What we're looking for
- Undergraduate degree in finance or engineering, or marketing or data management
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Good written and spoken communication
- High attention to detail
- Comfort in a fast paced environment
