A structured three month career program from UCANLY, an IBM Silver Business Partner, where month one is professional training, month two is a working internship on live industry projects, and month three is placement assistance with mock interviews, portfolio building and recruiter interactions.
How it runs
Onboarding
Once you are selected, you are confirmed into a cohort and onboarded before training starts, so day one is spent learning rather than figuring out logistics.
Professional Training
Industry oriented training through mentor led sessions, with practical assignments and honest assessments, running alongside the professional skills that decide whether your application ever gets opened.
Internship
You begin your professional internship and work on live industry projects with one to one mentorship, building the hands on experience that an experience letter is supposed to represent.
Placement Assistance & Career Guidance
The final month converts three months of work into interviews: practice under pressure, a portfolio that presents your work properly, guidance on direction and interactions with recruiters.
What stays with you
The program ends but its output does not. You keep the work, the written record of how you performed and the credentials that back both.

About
The Professional Training, Internship & Placement Program 2026 is a three month, mentor guided career development track built by UCANLY, an IBM Silver Business Partner. It is not a video library you watch alone. It is a sequenced program where every month has a job to do: month one builds your skills, month two puts those skills to work on live industry projects, and month three turns all of it into interviews and a professional profile that stands on its own.
You join as someone learning. You leave as someone with work to show, a written record of how you performed, and the confidence to sit in front of a recruiter and talk about what you built.
Most students in India finish their degree with theory, marks and a resume that reads exactly like the next candidate's. What they do not have is proof. No shipped project, no experience letter, no one who has reviewed their work and can speak to it, and no practice sitting in a real interview.
That gap is not a knowledge gap. It is an exposure gap. This program is designed around closing it, month by month, with checkpoints you cannot quietly skip.
This program is built for students in any year who want a head start, final year candidates racing towards placement season, fresh graduates who have the degree but not the experience, working professionals who want to move into a technical role, and career switchers rebuilding from a different field entirely.
You do not need prior industry experience. You do not need to have worked on a team before. You need genuine interest, a working laptop and internet connection, and the willingness to show up consistently for three months.
A course ends when the syllabus ends. This program ends when you have something to show for it.
Every phase has a review checkpoint. Every assignment is looked at by a mentor. Your internship month produces real deliverables that go into your portfolio, and your performance during it is documented in writing, which is what makes an experience letter and a letter of recommendation meaningful rather than decorative.
You also get the parts most people neglect until it is too late: how you speak, how your resume reads, how your LinkedIn profile looks to a recruiter searching for candidates, and how you handle the moment an interviewer asks you to explain your own project.
Month one, Professional Training. Industry oriented training delivered through mentor led sessions. You work through practical assignments, take skill assessments that tell you honestly where you stand, develop your communication, rebuild your resume from scratch and optimise your LinkedIn profile.
Month two, Internship. You begin your professional internship. You work on live industry projects, receive one to one mentorship, complete project based assignments and gain hands on practical experience, with regular performance reviews so you always know how you are doing before it matters.
Month three, Placement Assistance and Career Guidance. The final month is about readiness. Mock interviews, structured interview preparation, portfolio development, career guidance, recruiter interactions, placement assistance for eligible participants and a final project evaluation that closes out the program.
Live mentor led sessions form the spine of the week. Around them sit a practical assignment, time to actually build, and a review where your work is looked at rather than just submitted. Doubt clearing runs alongside the sessions so you are never stuck alone for days on a problem someone can unblock in ten minutes.
The workload is designed to be carried alongside college or a job, but it is real work. Participants who treat it as optional get optional results.
By the end of month two you have contributed to live industry project work rather than a toy exercise built from a tutorial. By the end of month three that work is packaged into a portfolio you can send, present and defend, with your role in it clearly documented.
This matters more than any single certificate. In an interview, the candidate who can walk through something they built, explain the decisions and describe what broke and how they fixed it, is a different candidate entirely.
You are assigned mentorship through the internship month, with one to one guidance rather than an anonymous group chat. Mentors review your assignments, give feedback you can act on and record performance reviews as you go.
Support does not stop at the technical work. Communication development, resume review, LinkedIn optimisation and career guidance are treated as first class parts of the program, because they decide whether your skills ever get seen.
Skill assessments in month one establish a baseline and tell you where the real gaps are. Assignment reviews track whether you are closing them. Performance reviews through the internship month record how you work, not just what you produce. A final project evaluation in month three closes the loop.
Everything is written down, and that written record is what your skill assessment report, performance evaluation report and performance based letter of recommendation are drawn from. Nothing is handed out for attendance alone.
Upon successful completion, eligible participants may receive a Professional Training Certificate, an Internship Completion Certificate, a Live Project Completion Certificate, an Experience Letter, a Letter of Recommendation based on performance, a Skill Assessment Report, a Performance Evaluation Report and digital certificate verification.
Digital verification means a recruiter can confirm your credential is genuine, which is increasingly the first thing a hiring team checks.
Placement assistance is provided to eligible participants. It includes interview preparation, mock interviews, portfolio development, career guidance and recruiter interactions.
Final selection depends on your individual performance, employer requirements, your interview performance and hiring availability at the time. This program prepares you thoroughly and opens doors. It does not promise a job offer, and you should be cautious of any program that does.
A basic training and certification fee is applicable for participation. The fee covers access to mentor led training sessions, internship support, live project exposure, assessments, certifications, career guidance and placement assistance activities.
This is a paid professional development initiative and it is described that way openly. Apply only if you are genuinely interested in participating in a structured program and understand what it involves.
If you are looking for a certificate without doing the work, this is the wrong program. If you cannot commit time consistently for three months, wait for a cohort where you can. If you expect a guaranteed job offer regardless of performance, this program will not match your expectations, and it is better to know that before you begin than after.
Submit the application form with your details and your goals. Applications are reviewed, shortlisted candidates are contacted about fit and availability, and selected participants are confirmed into a cohort and onboarded before month one begins.

Questions
Yes. A basic training and certification fee is applicable for participation. The fee covers access to mentor led training sessions, internship support, live project exposure, assessments, certifications, career guidance and placement assistance activities. This is stated openly so you can decide with full information. Apply only if you are comfortable joining a paid training and internship initiative.
No, and any program that promises one deserves scepticism. Placement assistance is provided to eligible participants and includes interview preparation, mock interviews, portfolio development, career guidance and recruiter interactions. Final selection depends on your individual performance, employer requirements, your interview performance and hiring availability at the time.
No. The program is built for students, final year candidates, fresh graduates, working professionals and career switchers. Month one begins with professional training before any internship work starts, so you are prepared before you are put on live project work.
You work on live industry projects with one to one mentorship and project based assignments. Your work is reviewed rather than simply collected, and regular performance reviews are recorded through the month, which is what makes your experience letter and recommendation reflect something real.
Yes. Students, final year candidates and working professionals are all part of the intended audience, and the weekly structure is designed to be carried alongside other commitments. Tell us your realistic weekly availability in the application so we can place you in a suitable cohort.
On successful completion, eligible participants may receive a Professional Training Certificate, an Internship Completion Certificate, a Live Project Completion Certificate, an Experience Letter, a Letter of Recommendation based on performance, a Skill Assessment Report and a Performance Evaluation Report, along with digital certificate verification.
It is based on performance. It draws on your assignments, your contribution to live project work and the performance reviews recorded during the internship month. It is not issued for attendance alone, which is precisely what gives it weight when someone reads it.
Yes. Digital certificate verification is part of the credential set, so a hiring team can confirm that what you have listed is genuine.
Enough to treat it as real work rather than background listening. Live sessions, a practical assignment and build time form the week, with doubt clearing support alongside. Share your available hours in the application and we will tell you honestly whether it is workable for you.
Tell your mentor early. Doubt clearing support and review checkpoints exist so problems surface while they are still small. What does not work is going quiet for weeks and raising it at the final evaluation.
No. Candidates from any stream can apply. What matters is genuine interest in the direction you are choosing and the willingness to put in consistent effort across the three months.
A working laptop, a stable internet connection, and the time to attend sessions and complete assignments consistently for three months.
You submit the application form, applications are reviewed, shortlisted candidates are contacted about fit and availability, and selected participants are confirmed into a cohort and onboarded before month one begins.
Proof. Real project work you can talk about, a written record of how you performed, credentials a recruiter can verify, and the practice of having already sat through interviews before the one that counts.
