Ucanly is a technology company based in Bengaluru, India, with two divisions under one roof. Ucanly for Education (ucanly.io) helps students, freshers, working professionals and career switchers get job-ready, through a free aptitude test, career tools, courses and a structured training program. Ucanly for Business (ucanly.com) is a global IT services company and IBM Silver Business Partner, operating as Ucanly Infotech LLP.
If you typed "ucanly" into Google, you probably wanted one of a few things: to understand what the company actually does, to check whether it is legitimate, to find a job or internship, or to figure out the fees. This guide answers all of that in one place, and points you to a deeper article for each question. We have kept it factual. Where something is not published yet, we say so.
Who we are, in one paragraph
Ucanly was founded in 2025. It started with one question: why do good engineers struggle to get hired? When we looked closely, the answer was almost never ability. Usually nobody had shown them the steps between where they were and what the job actually needed. So we built tools and programs to close that gap. Later, companies asked us to do the same thing for their systems, and that work became our services business.
The principle behind both divisions is the same:
Say plainly where things stand, close the distance, then verify that it worked.
You will see that idea show up everywhere, from the free test that tells you where you stand, to certificates you can verify with a QR code.
Two divisions, one company
People sometimes get confused because they find two websites. Here is how they fit together.
| Ucanly for Education | Ucanly for Business | |
|---|---|---|
| Website | ucanly.io | ucanly.com |
| Who it serves | Students, freshers, working professionals, career switchers | Enterprises and organisations |
| What it offers | Aptitude test, career tools, courses, training program, jobs | IT services, CRM products |
| Name on the site | Ucanly for Education | © 2026 Ucanly Infotech LLP |
Both divisions share the same office in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bengaluru. If you are a student or job seeker, ucanly.io is your home. If you are buying IT services for a company, ucanly.com is the right place. We explain the business side in detail in Ucanly Infotech LLP: IT services from Bengaluru.
What Ucanly for Education offers
Everything on ucanly.io is built around a simple sequence: find out where you stand, close the gap, then prove it.
- Free aptitude test. 15 questions in 15 minutes, no login required. Your report shows accuracy and time per section, and every answer is explained. You start by choosing your stage: student, fresher, working professional or career switcher. Take the free aptitude test.
- Free plan. The aptitude test, course previews, one free resume analysis, and basic versions of the AI Mentor, roadmap review and hire readiness.
- Career Toolkit. ₹499, one-time, for 90 days. It includes unlimited resume analysis, a resume-to-roadmap plan, AI Mentor Standard, advanced roadmap review and a hire readiness dashboard. Nothing auto-renews.
- AI Mentor. Guidance that adapts to your stage, target role and roadmap, available 24/7. You can open it at AI Mentor.
- Courses. Eight weeks, eight modules, with a certificate for each course. Current courses are Machine Learning: Beginner, Artificial Intelligence (AI): Advanced, and Full Stack Development & DSA with Generative AI: Advanced. Course fees are shared by email. Browse them on the courses page.
- Professional Training, Internship & Placement Program 2026. A three-month program: one month of training, one month of internship on live projects, one month of placement assistance. Many people search for it as "Ucanly PTIP". The fee is shared on selection, and there is no job guarantee.
- Jobs board and free counsellor calls. Students can apply to roles from their profile, and anyone can book a free call with a counsellor before paying for anything.
Your resume and results are private by default. Recruiters only see your profile if you choose to make it visible.
What we promise, and what we do not
We would rather you trust us for the right reasons. So here are our commitments, stated plainly.
What we commit to:
- We tell you the awkward thing. If a program is not right for you, you should hear it from us before you pay.
- You can always leave. Every payment is one-time. Nothing renews by itself.
- Security comes first. Your resume and results stay private unless you opt in.
- You learn from people who do the work.
What we do not promise:
- We do not guarantee placement. Our FAQ says it directly: "We do not offer a guaranteed placement." Outcomes depend on your effort, the job market and your target role.
- We do not fabricate or guarantee specific employer names or placement rates.
If anyone, anywhere, promises you a guaranteed job in exchange for a fee, treat that as a warning sign. That includes anyone claiming to speak for us.
How to check that Ucanly is real
You should never take a company's own word for its legitimacy. Here are things you can verify yourself in a few minutes:
- Office address: 15th Main, 757/C, 7th Cross Rd, Mahadeshwara Nagar, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076.
- IBM partner directory: Ucanly is listed as an IBM Silver Business Partner in the IBM PartnerPlus directory. Note that the partnership is not a certification of any course or programme.
- Public profiles: our LinkedIn page, Instagram and the AmbitionBox page for Ucanly Infotech.
- Certificates: each one carries a QR code you can check at ucanly.io/certificates.
- Contact: support@ucanly.in, or +91 74112 62233 (Education, also on WhatsApp). Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, and we reply within one working day.
We are a young company, founded in 2025. That means fewer public reviews exist than for older brands. We think the honest response to that is to make verification easy, not to fill the gap with testimonials you cannot check.
