Fees
What it costs, and what is free
The questions people type into Google before they apply, answered with the current numbers.
Is the aptitude test paid?
No. The placement aptitude test is free, and so is the career call with a counsellor afterwards. Nobody will ask you to pay to take it or to see your score.
Does it cost money to apply for a programme?
No. Applying is free. A programme's fee is due only after you are accepted, and it is shown on the programme page and on the pricing page before you apply: plans start at ₹5,999. Every amount is a one-time payment and includes GST.
What does the Career Toolkit cost?
₹499 for 90 days of the AI tools, paid once. It is optional; the free account and the aptitude test do not need it.
Do I have to pay to apply for a job on the jobs board?
Never. No employer on our jobs board charges a candidate to apply, and neither do we. A message asking for a fee for a job or an interview is not from us, whatever it says.
Can I get my money back?
The refund policy says exactly which payments can be refunded, within what time, and which cannot. Read it before you pay; it is the same for everyone.
How do I pay, and how do I know the payment reached the company?
Online payments go through Razorpay and a receipt is emailed to you for each one. If anyone asks you to send money to a personal UPI ID or bank account, do not, and tell us at support@ucanly.io.
Before you decide
What we will and will not say
We do not promise a job, a salary or an interview. A programme gives you training, practice, an internship stage and help with applications; the hiring decision is always the employer's. Anyone who promises you a placement in exchange for a fee is making a claim we do not make.
Anything a counsellor tells you about a fee, a date or what a programme includes, ask for it by email so you have it in writing. The programme page, the pricing page and your receipt are the record; a phone call is not.
If you were told something by us that turned out not to be true, write to the grievance officer below. Complaints are acknowledged and answered on the timeline stated there.
Something wrong?
Who to write to
Support first; the grievance officer if support does not resolve it.
