Human Resource Management with Ucanly, Level 3 Advanced, takes you from business partner to people and culture leader. This course covers Indian and global employment and compliance topics for general awareness only. It is not legal advice, and employment law changes and varies by jurisdiction. For real organisational, restructuring, and compliance decisions, an organisation should confirm current requirements with a qualified legal and compliance professional. Built for practitioners who have completed the Intermediate level or have hands on experience with HR strategy, people analytics, or business partnering with real organisational impact, this program goes deep into thinking like a CHRO, organisation design principles, and operating models. You will build predictive people analytics including attrition and flight risk models, understand workforce economics and the ROI of people investments, and in your minor project in week six, deliver a complete organisation design and operating model engagement for a simulated company in transition, with a diagnosis, a redesigned structure, a workforce and cost model, a change plan, and a defended recommendation to a leadership board. You will then study culture, large scale change, talent transformation, HR technology, and AI bias and fairness risks in HR decisions. You will graduate having architected a full people and culture strategy and transformation program in your week twelve major project, for a simulated organisation, with a workforce and talent strategy, a predictive analytics model, a reward and org design framework, a culture and change plan, an ethics and governance position, and a live defense to Ucanly mentors acting as a board.
