Programme overview

Who this is for

Management, commerce and arts students who want to work in HR, and anyone who manages people.

What you learn

Recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and payroll basics, employee relations, labour law basics in India, and HR analytics in Excel.

How it runs

Three months, one phase each: training, an internship project, then a capstone project and career preparation. Every plan has the same lessons, projects and certificates. The Live plan adds live sessions and doubt-clearing sessions. The Career plan adds placement assistance, mock interviews with a person, a resume and LinkedIn review and a session with the founding team.

What you finish with

A finished HR project, such as a hiring plan or an onboarding programme, and an HR analytics report. You also get a programme completion certificate and an internship completion certificate. Placement assistance, where your plan includes it, comes with no job guarantee.

Refunds

  • Programme fee: A full refund if you ask before the end of the first week of your cohort, apart from the registration fee, which is not refundable. After the first week, the fee is not refunded.
  • Registration fee: The registration fee holds your seat, counts towards the programme fee and is not refundable once paid. The remaining amount is due within 15 days of registering.
